I switched to AT&T from Sprint and have been unhappy with their service. It is extremely overpriced for what you get, and when you have a problem, nobody on the phone is very helpful. They always just try to upsell you on stuff instead of addressing your needs. I find it very sad that telecommunications has fallen to this. Share Your Review
